OM MEDICAL COMPLEX

Very nice cordial experience with doctor. He explains the problem in detail and convinces the patient about the disease and and its treatment. However, he need to train his assisting personnel to be more serious while dealing with the patient. I has to wait for registration with one lady assistant who started writing my mobile No. but as her phone rang, she left my registration in between and attended some seemingly personal phone as evident from her talking and laughing repeatedly, while I kept waiting embarrassedly, with two more patients being in the queue. That's serious unprofessionalism. Need some improvement on that part, otherwise it was a very nice experience.

*** ********* ** *********, the issue is explained in such a easy way that everyone can understand the problem easily.

The cleanliness of the hospital is on top level, extra attention is paid on the cleanliness and recovery of the patients. If an emergency occurs at night, wardboys and doctors are always available as ones need.

Highly recommended hospital in Agra.

I had visited doctors clinic around 12:00 am midnight during the lockdown period and the staff is very cooperative & provided all the necessary treatment by Doctor on same time without any delay. Really much appreciated .

**** *** ******** ****** ** * **** ************ all the test they recommend very costly which is very high to bear for middle class family, pressurized to patient to do the test as it necessary to do, they are not value of person's money, you can't go with other labs for blood test and ultrasound, they fixed the labs with high charges,

Doctor is really **** *** helpful. Most encouraging is the cleanliness. And best part they accept all payment method which several hospitals dosnt accept.

Dr Samiksha explained everything in very clear and simple manner, also having a Cooperative staff members.

My pregnancy journey in the year 2018 went smooth with her, as she listened to every bit of my issues and sorted patiently. Even have recommended her to many of my friends.

Waiting time is almost zero, and doctor is giving enough time to the patient , doc listen patients carefully and guide them accordingly..

Overall good experience till now .
